Procedure for Fee Payment
- Fees will be charged in three instalments for new admission. All the PDC’s must be duly signed & submitted at the time of admission.
- School tuition Fees payment at the time of admission must be made by cheque in favour of SGVP INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL.
- For Transportation & Food facility charges must be made by cheque in favour of SSG SARVAJIVHITAVAH TRUST.
- You may request for bank details from the accounts office if you want to make online payment.
- Parents can also make fees & other payments by ECS Basis through JODO.
- For NRI student school fees payment must be made through Indian bank account only.
- In case, if cheque issued for school tuition fees/additional facility payment is dishonored by bank for the any reason, then parents will be informed about it. They will be asked to pay the fee in cash along with the late payment fee (per day Rs. 100/-) for the period and bounced cheque penalty charged by the bank will be charged. This type of case will be treated at par with defaulters of late payment fee.
- If the school tuition fees/additional facility charges is not paid till due date, late payment fee per day Rs. 100/- would be charged. Please note that If due to any unavoidable reasons, a parent is unable to pay the fee on due date, s/he should make a written request to this effect and submit PDC’s for the desired date accordingly.
