Admission Process
- Once you have filled-in the admission form and submitted all the documents, the school will invite you for a formal interaction with the child & parents.
- This interaction is prior to confirming the admission is very important. It will help satisfy your queries related to activities, syllabus, school timings, subject choices, etc.
- It also enables the parents to understand the school in a better way while we can confirm the details submitted in the Application Form. Once admission is cleared, parents are required to pay the first installment of fees and complete other documentation work immediately.
- Admission will be provisional until Leaving Certificate of the previous school & academic report showing that the child is promoted to next grade are submitted in the school office.
- Dates of orientation program, school reopening and other important instructions will be shared later on.
DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED ALONG WITH ADMISSION FORM AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION:
- A copy of child’s birth certificate (Notarized copy if the certificate is not in English).
- 2 – Latest passport-size photographs of the child, and both the parents.
- A copy of AADHAR CARD of the child, father & mother.
- Residence proof of father / mother / guardian – where child is residing. (Passport / Aadhar Card / Driving License / Election Card / Rent Agreement)
- A copy of PAN card of both the parents.
- Hall Ticket /Admit Card of the board examination (only for students seeking admission 11th Grade).
DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED ONCE ADMISSION IS CONFIRMED:
- ORIGINAL LEAVING CERTIFICATE (STD. 1 MID-TERM AND GRADE 2 ONWARDS) (if from state board school outside Gujarat it should be counter signed by DEO if applicable)
- Xerox copy of mark sheet of previous STD or current term / semester.
- Original Migration Certificate (applicable to the students of grade 11 only).
- Certificate of SC / ST / OBC including Baxi Panch (if applicable).
- Passport copy of the student along with student visa – For NRI students.
- Passport copy of both the parents – For NRI students.
- A copy of passing result of STD -10 (Board examination) for admission in grade 11th only.
